Bell e-Strategy Workshops

e-strategy workshop streaming video screen capture Bell wanted to increase sales of basic internet services and e-commerce capabilities to small and medium sized business in Southern Ontario.

For Phase One, we developed a soft-sell seminar program, focused on delivering business strategy tools to Entrepreneurs and medium sized businesses. We leveraged grass roots participation of Civic Chambers of Commerce, the Local Federal Economic Development Offices and the marketing capabilities of Bell.

Phase Two of the project converted the Roadshow into a Strategy Portal complete with Streaming Video and supporting documentation for on-demand availability.

The program contributed to the allocation of $105 million in Federal Government funding for the Rural Broadband Initiative. It also generated an average of 20 leads per seminar for the Bell Sales Force.
